Mr. William Caputo is one of the most professional contractors I have yet to work with. I expressed to him the waterproofing work I wanted completed in my basement. During our initial meeting, the first thing he did was present me with his license. He gave a brief synopsis of his company and history in basement waterproofing. He also had a portfolio of past jobs he'd accomplished for customers to give me a better idea of what would work best for me. He oversaw the project from start to finish and followed-up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Wonderful company/people to work with who cares about their quality of work and your satisfaction.

Just had the estimate done. It was a little hectic between homeadvisor -> aquaguard main office -> aquaguard dispatch -> licensed inspector...Everyone was disjointed and unaware of the intermediate discussions with the customer. I ran into an issue where a 1 hour estimate at a scheduled time was converted to a 2 hour estimate at a non-agreed time. The service though by the inspector was very good. He was very knowledgeable and calculated.
