"Call-back time from day of quote request to quote visit was minimal. Carl came out off hours to accommodate my schedule and provided excellent advice and a fair quote. The quote was a touch higher than 2 others that I received but when looking over the finished product I was happy that I made the selection of this company. They provided a very detailed plan and let me know who would be on site and doing the work. "The garage door wouldn't close and needed adjustment. Local Garage Doors responded immediately. Came to the house within two hours and gave an estimate. Said that they could come the next day, but later fit us in the same day. Sean and Marco were professional and adjusted the springs and cables. In addition, they raised the main rotating rod to prevent the garage door from striking the spring retainers. Reasonable cost, responsive, and took initiative to prevent future problems. Would call them for future work."

"Jimmy and his crew were top notch. The initial job was to remove old paneling, and to insulate/drywall our family room. Once into the job, we realized that it made sense to upgrade the electrical box, fix some plumbing issues, and insulate ducts beneath the room. Jimmy was very flexible and fair. He and his workers were very easy to work with--he communicated well and all the work was done meticulously-- and on schedule. I also loved the way he re-used some moldings and used environmentally compatible materials. We would definitely use JMK Builders again! Thank you HomeAdvisor!"
