Permits were very slow from Tuolumne County which made the project about a week longer than expected. Otherwise the project went fine and the workmanship was of the highest quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire crew.

Steve worked very well with us considering we are located over a 100 miles away. He emailed photographs of his progress and did additional work (such as staining the deck before the first rain of the season). He communicated with us when any items needed our approval. The necessary extras were well explained and very reasonably priced. I would hire him again and will for some additional work not covered in the original contract.
