He arrived on time, was very responsible with his social distancing and mask wearing, he immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly came up with a solution. Jacob quickly resolved our problem and assured we would be fine going forward. This is the second time we have been lucky enough to work with Jacob and can't recommend him enough. He is knowledgeable with his craft, trustworthy and someone that we can count on to take care of our home repairs.
