The guys at Emergency Response, Inc. were fantastic. They were extemely knowledgeable and professional from the very first call. I actually changed vendors after my conversation with Jeff Jones. He gave me the pros and cons of what I was trying to accomplish and he did not promise me the world. Emergency Response saved a $1500 mattress for me. In addition, the cost was extemeley reasonable. I would use this company again for any cleaning needs and recommend them highly. I will keep Jeff's business card handy.Top notch company!

Project: Clean Carpets or Rugs in a Home

Jeff Jones and his team were great today when they came to clean my carpets. My carpet was dirty, I mean really dirty. But when he finished his work it looked as close to new as it could be for the age of the rugs. He and his staff were friendly and prompt and cheerful. I would recommend him to my friends and family with no hesitation. Thanks Jeff, for a great job......The cost was in line with my goals as well......
