They came to my house to take down all my roman shades, replaced all of the broken and old rings and re-hung the shades 1.5 days later. The customer service was great -- the price was higher than I expected, but since there are not a lot of providers of this service - I didn't have a lot of options (if I wanted to save the shades - which were a hefty investment to begin with).

This company was willing to work with me on special needs that others would have refused outright. The man (Dan) was occasionally slightly rude but he was also stressed by the requirements of my order. He worked well with his partner, Radicca, who insured good customer service. Drapes are beautiful and installed well. In place when promised. One very small "add-on" problem remains which they have stated they will fix as soon as I call them to come and do so. I will only use this company in the future. They are wonderful!
