Justin was awesome to talk to on the phone, sending me information and talking to me a couple of times before I booked the appointment. The two guys who came to the house were professional and accommodating, especially since I had a ten-month old at the time. They moved things around, but put everything back where it went. The job was even done quickly, in less time than I expected. My only "complaint" is that I think they knew my air ducts were pretty clean - there was not much improvement in airflow before and after, and my untrained eye could not see a difference inthe pictures. I could have possibly just had my dryer vent cleaned
