He completed the work, and as far as I know everything is working fine. I needed a sump pump for a long time. He was very courteous and professional, and I would use him again.

Comment: The plastic drain pipe that circlates around the foundation of the home,drains water through the foudation wall at the lowest pont of the crawl space which damaged the cement block wall. Water last drained into the crawl space and into the fiinished basement area about 5 years ago when there was a major rain storm. I want to repair a small area at the base of rhe cement block foundation installing a pipe through the wall for water to drain into a sump pump area to be pumped back outdoors sufficiently away from the outer foundation to freely drain away from the house. The crawl space has a dirt floor and can easily accomodate preparation of the area for the sump pump liner and sump pump. An electician will be required to put in an electical line to the pump. Entry to the crawl space area is. entered from the full basement area from a relative small opening in the foundation wall.
