He was on time and he kept cleaning up the mess as the job evolved. He did everything he said he would do and the finished product is beautiful! And his charge was significantly less than the competition! He was also able to evaluate the job over the phone so the repairs were very quick. I give Charles my highest recommendation! I also learned that he is a general contractor and I am now hiring for a remodel of a kitchen, bathroom and a remodel of a garage to an office space!
