Rick was great, was very flexible about scheduling, and had no qualms about telling me my water softener was fine and I didn't need to buy anything. He was honest and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

Rick, owner of Water Conditioning Solutions was very responsive, informative, and convinced us we were purchasing the best system for the size of our home and our household needs at a fair price. He arrived for the delivery in the midst of a Fri. snowstorm only to find our driveway impassable! He and his apprentice offered to carry their product, tools, 50# bags of salt, etc. up our long steep drive. When I declined, they graciously agreed to return on Sunday! Awesome!
