Arrived on time. He tried a cheaper solution to our problem first. Although that attempt proved to be unsuccessful, I appreciated the attempt. So far, the slightly more expensive Rotor Assembly replacement seems to be working.

A quality job for a reasonable price. More importantly, Rick, who performed the replacement of our current water conditioning system, provided great advice and was able to move our replacement date up a few days which was greatly appreciated.

Rick went above and beyond what most companies would have done to keep the cost down. He took the time to rebuild parts and to fix broken pieces that most companies would have just recommended be replaced. I will go to water conditioning solutions for all my plumbing needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest company to do great work.
