Greg was great! Our air conditioner went out last night and we tried to make it through the night without it. At about 7am I couldn't take it anymore and started calling people to come out and look at it ASAP. The best that anyone could do was this afternoon. At 7:10am I filled out a service request on ServiceMagic and an hour later Greg was leaving and my AC was working better than before!

One more combustion air vent should be installed inside the furnace closet. The furnace is operating properly at this time. <br /> <br />Cooling Equipment <br />Type of System: Upright unit. <br />Comments: The A/C is cooling well with an 18 degree temperature differential. The condensation drainpipe should be trapped and insulated. The termination of the condensation drainpipe on the rear side of the home was not located. The blower motor is dirty and the unit is older. I recommend the A/C system be cleaned and serviced by an HVAC technician. <br /> <br />Ducts System, Chases, and Vents <br />Comments: The outer vinyl covering is torn on several of the air ducts in the attic.
