Happy with original repining work. However, additional patio repair work which was estimated at 2 days took 10 days due to correcting problems in workmanship. The cleanup of the site was negligible. Poor communications regarding job and charges. I'm sorry to say I honestly can't recommend.

Comment: Hi there! We are in the processing of purchasing a Condo in Lakeway and would like to get a rough estimate of how much it would cost to texture (knock down or orange peel) the entire house. It is approx. 2300 sq ft - 4 bedrooms, 4 small baths with little or no texture, 1 family room, 1 dining room, 1 entry way and 1 6-8ft section in the kitchen plus 2 hallways. The rooms are very big, so not a whole lot of small spaces and we won't be doing closets. Please let me know how much it would be for either techniques for Walls and Ceilings. It currently has popcorn walls and scraped (flat) ceilings, but we will be scraping the walls to save on costs. Thanks!
