The contractor was business-like and responded to phone calls and appointments and with proposals in a timely fashion. He was pleasant to do business with. He worked on fixing a leaking roof; and in all honesty, I cannot say the problem is fixed until the next heavy rain. He did do all that he set out to do however.

They repaired some ceiling drywall that had water damage from the hurricane. Replaced insulation above affected area, and added some extra screws to surrounding area of drywall to make sure it wasn't warped/pulled down by the weight of the water-damaged drywall. They covered everything in the room with plastic, even things on the other side of the room well away from the work area. Also cleaned up very well. Was courteous to me and my family while they were at the house. We will use them again. Thanks!
