George came out and inspected the step I needed repaired. Even though the project was smaller than their normal scope of work, he worked up a price and arranged to come back in two days to get it done.

Except for the rescheduled, everything else was done as expected. James was there to oversee the whole process and made sure that the site was clean when they left. I am quite satisfied with the service and with his written promise to come back for another small job for the pump system with no extra charge!!!. Quality is 4.5 stars because since the job is done, the pump system has not been tested yet. Overall, I would highly recommend Always Waterproofing to friends and families.

The entrance ways of both buildings are in need of restoration. The walls appear to be concrete finished with plaster and then painted. The plaster and paint is cracking and peeling.
