Mr Charles is an old school contractor who uses his life experiences with his skill to get the job done. his prices are competitive and negoitable to arrive at a win win situation. he arrived daily on time and worked straight through on each task. I was in a time crunch due to guest coming so we were able to bring the project to an acceptable level to finish afterwards with minimum down time. I plan to use him again but will give him ample time so he's not rushed.
