Reset & reprogrammed the thermostat. Walked me through programming, then had me program the thermostat, too. Identified real problem - the furnace burner wasn't lighting, so circulating pump was only circulating cold water. Fixed the problem for a reasonable price in a short amount of time. Very personable and knowledgeable.
