Comment: I have a 4-plex building in Beaverton that needs some drainage work under the building (crawl space). First , excess water will need to be pumped out under the building. Second, a new sump pump needs to be installed next to the entrance of the crawl space (will require some wiring and pipe installed to the new location for the pump). And lastly, a little maintenance work to dig better channels in the dirt so that the water will drain better.
