The other companies seemed to think the job was too small, overbid, or said they wouldn’t be available for several months. Jim and his crew were prompt and courteous every day, explained each step, were accomidating when I made a last minute change, and did a great job of cleaning up the work area each day. Our new patio is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and we have received lots of compliments. We would definitely hire Coughlin Development for any future projects."
