Am pleased with the overall solution to the problem and am grateful for the positive feedback, even when things looked dire. After assessing all the problems that needed to be addressed, a very close estimate was calculated, the next appointment was scheduled, and the work was completed at the second appointment. I noticed a minor leak where the dishwasher connects to the main water line, called to notify Iwig, and the leak (due to a connector that had a hairline crack) was repaired promptly, no charge. I will definitely refer friends and will call on Iwig in the future with any other plumbing needs!
