Kevin from County Wide arrived just a few minutes past the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace and made a call to order the part. He told me he would call me in the afternoon and return with a new part. By mid afternoon he called and said he would be back within the hour to install the new part. He came and installed the new part and the furnace is working fine.
