Carpet Pros in Bloomingdale, IL (Illinois)

The carpeting looks excellent. Great job installing. My only complaint is that they clearly over extended themselves following the April flooding. After putting down a 2/3ds deposit and being told it was going to be 10 days to 2 weeks, the carpeting was not actually installed until approximately a month after order and deposit. I have no complaints, though, with the quality of the work performed.

The price was right. They were very accomodating. Everything looked great when complete.

I give Brian and The Flooring Guys Illinois the highest possible recommendation based upon the quality of their craftsmanship, professionalism, and fair pricing. They handled a relatively difficult install (a damaged woven wool carpet containing an intricate repeating pattern) with ease and expertise. I also appreciated the thoroughness of their cleanup after completing the job. Many thanks to Francisco and Noel, who were extremely kind and respectful to our home.
