Prompt referal. Be specific as to what it is you want. I don't think we gave him a clear picture of what we want. So though the fence is repaired I'm not certain it is what we expected. Fair and honest estimate to which he stuck. Bailed on us the day prior to reschedul. Still showed up 35 minutes late. When dealing with puppies who want to be outside that time was precious. Over all the work was great. My husband was thrilled at not only the work, but the fact that "he" didn't have to do it.
