He showed up and after I asked about it took the time to call manufacturer and distributer to determine warranty for me. He then worked out a warranty replacement deal with the distributor in the SouthEnd, called me from there to allow the $100 handling fee transaction, hauled out the old water tank, came back with a new one and put it in, instead of spending $600. They worked quickly and efficiently. I recommend them.

James Strong & Associates were FABULOUS. James and his assistant arrived on time, even 1 min. early. He saw that the repair I callled for, a leaking radiator valve, was a relatively minor problem and would be fixed quickly once the boiler had heated. To not waste time being idle, he gave the boiler itself some needed tweaking as well as fixing other plumbing issues. He did some important trouble shooting and made the necessary repairs all in a timely fashion. He charged me for one service call, and fixed several problems, one being a major safety issue. I'll repeat: he was FABULOUS.
