"Having Mercy Painting with Eric and his crew was a fantastic renovation process. Hiring Mercy was the best decision we’ve made for work done on a home built in 1832. Our bedroom was transformed, in a week, from a total mess to a totally relaxing and peaceful space. From new ceiling, to reframing closets, adding moldings, paint, hung new closet doors, amazing workmanship. On time every day, true professionalism, old school manners and just wonderful. Very reasonable rates. Our expectations were exceeded. Also I couldn’t get the globe back on the ceiling fixture and he returned as a favor to take care of it. Who else does that? "Lee was a very "hands on" Carpenter. He explained the process of replacing my Porch ceiling in detail. Then he did the job!. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate! Lee was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him for any Carpentry project. Jeff"

"Clean neat quiet competent"

"We moved into our condo in 2021 and had replaced the old and rotting planks with composite soon after we moved in; however, we were most interested in revitalizing the roof deck altogether â the railing and posts were rotted and had peeling paint, and we had minimal privacy when hosting friends and family. After speaking with several contractors, we were fortunate enough to find Leo, who gave the roof deck a complete facelift! We initially hired Leo to update the siding of our top deck and replace the door leading to the bottom deck. During our first consultation meeting with him, he had brainstormed many design concepts and ideas we had not even thought of that we ultimately went with â we highly appreciated the creativity and effort to make our image a reality. He was incredibly communicative, and we really felt like we were working as a team. We ended up having him replace the railing of our upper deck and added a privacy wall with a beautiful design. He handcrafted the railing and involved us in every step of the design process. He also replaced rotting wood that was exposed beneath the siding, fixed a broken outlet, and completely replaced a rotting window frame. He also put in place LED light strips beneath the railing to create a sense of ambience we didnâ t even realize we were looking for! Leo was always very transparent with the timing of each phase of this project as well as any associated costs. Leo went above and beyond and returned twice after our final payment to add some minor touch ups to ensure the deck was as picture-perfect as can be! We have many upcoming projects in our new home and hope to work with Leo on all of them. We have already begun brainstorming together what we can do with our bottom deck. We would recommend Leo a thousand times over and are looking forward to collaborating with him again!"

"Mine was not just a repair. Substantial work to correct serious flaws in the original construction was needed. Not only did they correct the original flaws. They made significant improvements. Finally, they really knew what they were doing when it came time to install the deck boards to fit around existing concrete structures. JUST PERFECT. Highly recommended them."
