Black Magic is an excellent company to di business with. From the office staff to the installers they were very professional in all phases of my project. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly and all questions were answered throughout the process. Lacey and Chris did and excellent job cleaning the mess from our chimney fire and a great job installing our new wood burning insert. I must admitt I was a little concerned choosing a company from out of state just because of logistics but it was not a problem at all.
