"We are remodeling our kitchen from the studs up and wanted an architect to design our kitchen to make sure the new appliances, cabinets, flooring, lighting, large window, workstation sink, custom hood all went with each other and fit perfectly. We were referred to YDB by our contractor. Jamaal designed our kitchen. As with any remodeling we changed our mind a few times as we worked our way to a design we liked. Jamaal was patient with us as he went thru a few iterations of re-designing and re-renderings. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, has good ideas, and an eye for chic. YDB fees are also reasonable. We are waiting on our contractor to start the remodeling work and will post back when the install is complete on how everything came together."

"Ari threw out two old doors, installed an interior door and a storm door (insulating the wall around the door to keep the cold out), repaired a leaking ceiling that was caused by a rotted gutter that he repaired and cleaned out the gutters around the whole house. He is one amazing professional contractor."

"Wellington and his cousin did a fantastic job on my hardwood floors. They had not been refinished in years and they look like new. Third floor walk-up condo unit, but they did not complain. "A little late here. Bruno made a purchase from my business and I helped him with the install. I was impressed with him as a person and hired him and his crew to do some remodeling at my shop. My wife and I then decided it was finally time to do our kitchen and we now had our contractor. This was early/mid 2021 during the nightmare disruptions in supply chain. Bruno came over and completely designed the renovation of our 1940â s kitchen. He immediately got us in touch with cabinet, counter and appliance suppliers and everything came together seamlessly. The process was incredibly coordinated and organized as this was a major project, we even added a few other projects along the way without any wrinkles. The room completely gutted to the studs and expanded so it was a major project. The quality of work and professionalism still amazes me 2 years later and I still walk into our kitchen 2 years later and itâ s still breathtaking. This is an award winning project that is magazine worthy. Finally, at the end of each day when they leave they leave your area so clean you wouldnâ t even know that they were their working hard all day."

"Lee was a very "hands on" Carpenter. He explained the process of replacing my Porch ceiling in detail. Then he did the job!. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate! Lee was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him for any Carpentry project. Jeff"

"Mr. Terry was awesome! This is my first review I am writing. I felt I needed to write something as his work was so outstanding. He repaired 16 windows and did it beautifully. Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"
