"We found Goodwood General Construction on Angieâ s list. Our project was relatively large in size. We added a six foot fence and changed our driveway from asphalt to stone pavers. We added a patio in the back. The project also included granite front and side steps, a granite mailbox post and the removal of several trees and bushes, and numerous old brick pavers and stones. The entire site had to be regraded to correct drainage issues on both sides of our house. Henry (The Contractor) was exceptional from the start. He was very calm and helpful during the whole process. He provided our estimate in a timely manner and was right on target for both the start date he promised and completion. The crew was respectful to our property and neighbors. At the end of each day they cleaned the site and left it immaculate. There were no surprises!I enjoyed having the crew here every day and Henry was always open to any adjustments I made along the way. They completed the project on time. I am 58 years old and have owned my home since 1994. I have had multiple contractors work on our home for various projects. This is the first time I actually enjoyed the whole process and was never â bullied for moneyâ . Our project is now complete and every person that walks by our house compliments his work. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Henry and his crew. We are sure that if you work with Goodwood General Construction you will be pleased with your experience. "Rafael is a multi-talented person. He can help with many different projects. We saved a lot of time, money, and grief by using his team. He is kind, efficient, and easy to work with. He answers your calls and texts, and is very fair with pricing. He paved a part of our backyard for a basketball court, and put together the basketball hoop we bought at Walmart. He took down and cleared away trees, and did stump-grinding. He removed old tree roots. He repaired our fence, and brick steps. He patched our garage floor and extended our front driveway. He did a yard cleanup and seeded our lawn. He pruned bushes in the front of our house including tall ones we can never get to. We will use him again. He was able to do the job very soon after we met with him. We highly recommend his services."
