Millen was dependable, reliable and ON TIME. He came to my home, performed the diagnostic on the TV, & had to return with the needed parts. In order to save time when he returned, I asked him if he could take the TV circuit board & repair it BEFORE he came back to my home. He returned two days later in the morning, with the TV already repaired. Alll he had to do then was install the circuit board back, all to fit my hectic work schedule, as I rushed to catch the next train to work. He was very accommodating and professional! I would clearly recommend them ! I wil add that I think they are a wee bit expensive, but worth it for the service.
