Came at appointment time. Immediately available for estimate. Repair done soon thereafter. Up front with rates, in writing. Explained to me what problem was with respect (I often find women are discounted as either unable to understand or not worth their time in explaining). Left work area neat. Very friendly and professional. Furnace works great.

Doug Hocker, from Sword H&C, provided outstanding service. I was told by another HVAC company that my heat exchanger was cracked, and I needed to either replace the heat exchanger ($1,500 minimum), or replace the whole heater ($3,000 minimum). Doug did the intelligent thing - he actually tested for leaks, rather than just relying on visual inspection. He determined there was no leak, and no need to replace the exchanger or heater. So, my bill was only $120, instead of several thousand, and I have peace of mind. Doug is an excellent communicator, and went the extra mile to treat the customer right.
