I was leery of using a steam cleaning system, but after having them here, I am a believer. Tony did my dining room chair cushions that turned out unexpectedly clean, and they are 20 years old. I chose to let the carpets dry longer than recommended. I want the padding to dry thoroughly before I bring the furniture back in. I'll call them again in six months, just like the dentist for cleaning!"
