I called Rick Emery and he immediately answered and made a commitment to come out that same day. I was having a problem with one of my smoke detectors. He came out, tested it and replaced the faulty unit--his fees are good and he is great to do business with. I have several other projects I will definitely use him for.

I had Chad do a couple of minor jobs about a year ago, and I was pleased, but rewiring my house was an enormous job and I wanted to make sure he could handle it. After contacting three contractors with whom he had worked closely, I was confident he would do a good job because their comments about him and his work were glowing.Chad is all about pleasing the customer--a very flexible and knowledgeable electrician who answered my initial calls and emails immediately. His work ethic and "can-do" attitude is a breath of fresh air. He worked well past 5 p.m. on two of the days in order to complete the job, and I really appreciated that.
