Greg Sylvis has all the qualities you'd want in a general contractor that specializes in seismic retrofitting. He is experienced, thorough, efficient, professional, honest and has a very pleasant, upbeat personality. He is also a great problem solver. In addition to seismic retrofitting, he fixed a problem that he detected (that were missed by other professionals). He takes pride in doing jobs right and he does high quality work at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend him.
