It was a pleasant experience to hear his honest approach to what we could expect moving forward with our designs and the project plan. "Nathan and his crew did an amazing job. They did a garage conversion and the price was extremely reasonable. The customer service was outstanding and all issues were addressed promptly and without question. Nathan even let us make adjustments to the project and never charged any extra money. This included raising the ceiling from 10 feet to a full vaulted ceiling. He also threw in a new garage side door for free. I would venture to guess that this is almost unheard of in the contracting world. We will not hesitate to call Nathan in the future. He is officially our contractor and will definitely be called for future projects. Thank you so much Nathan. We are so happy with our new room. It turned out fantastic!!!"

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"I can't tell you how many remodeling people we had give us quotes. Way too many to even keep track of! We have a 20 year old house that needed a little updating! We decided to start with the kitchen. The BIGGEST stand out with Fidelity was the communication. They made the process very simple. Instead of us going to all the showrooms to pick the granite or quartz they brought it to us. They listened to what we wanted. I never felt like they were doing all the talking or making my decisions for me. They showed up on time. The crew was always professional and kind. If something happened to come up and they were going to be late. I knew the evening before so I could plan for it. The job was done when they told me it was going to be finished!!
