Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Kansas City, MO

Knowlegeable, friendly, did not try to sell us on anything. Simply fixed the problem, educated us on what was fixed and why. Explained a little more about our heating/cooling setup. Would recommend to anyone.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Kansas City, MO

Michelle went above and beyond. Everyone at Hales was extremely professional and nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Checked our duct work to make sure we had enough cold air returns. Also got a quote to put a heating vent in the garage. We did have a different heating and cooling company but we left them due to the fact that they only cared about them selves and not the customers. Hales in not like that at all.
