I was searching the internet at 6:30 A.M. when I explained my problem I received a phone call within minutes. Lou asked about my problem and I explained that my exhaust fan qiut working. He told me he could be out to Lima by 9:00. I received a call about 15 minutes later and Lou asked for the model and serial number. I gave him the information, he ordered the part and was at my house by 8:35 A.M. I couldn't have asked for anyone to be more professional. He installed my fan, cleaned my furnace and air conditioner. I was so pleased with the excellent service and the price I signed a service contrat for maintenance for next year.
