"I was initially unsure hiring them for landscape as they are a construction company. But i was desperate to get the yard mowed and weeded. They are two brothers who started their company in October. The worked like dogs for over two hours. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. The yard has not looked this good in years. The mowed, sprayed, dug weeds, picked up leaves, blew the front and back and totally cleaned up after their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I am having them back to clean the moss off of the roof, and have hired them to come back every two weeks to mow and spray, at least thru the summer. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"Dylan Milroy went in and cleaned out the crawlspace put down plastic and dug a french drain and redirected all the downspouts so that the rain and we had now more water being drained. He is super easy to work honest he follows up to see if you are satisfied with his work.. I recommend him to everyone."
