"Tom was recommended by my Real Estate Broker. I've hired him twice for projects at my Townhouse. after installing new countertops I needed someone to reattach the sink and garbage disposal. Tom Arrived when he said he would and expertly completed the job. I could tell this man is a master of his craft. The second time I needed to replace the exhaust fans in both bathrooms and the hood over the stove. Once again, he was there when he said he would be (actually was 25 minutes early). "GREAT EXPERIENCE - We called TMM Builders on a Saturday morning to repair the extremely loose railing on our 3rd story deck. The company owner, Ted, agreed to come look at it that same evening. From the start he was courteous and professional and met us at the time he said he would meet us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate and was able to complete the work by that Wednesday. This was important to us because we had renters coming into our condo unit the next day. During the work he kept us informed of his progress and what problems he found. Afterwards he left the place cleaner than when he arrived. We will definitely call TMM anytime we have any problems.
