We purchased a new home and the pool that was in bad shape with serious blue staining. We vetted a few other companies through Angiel's List and gave two of them a shot with servicing the pool. In both cases, they were not able to resolve the problem and we grew frustrated after just paying invoices for "services performed" based on repeated vists to merely "troubleshoot" the problem. We then hired Platinum Pool Service and they were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They drained, power washed, and did some minor repairs without upselling me. Craig, Jarrett, and Luis were truly exceptional and followed through consistently.
