"Let me preface my review by saying I don'€™t give gratuitous compliments. If I have a problem with a business, product or service, I'll tell you, so with that said... I can honestly say I don'€™t have one negative thing to say about RIBA'€™s entire process through the completion of my new roof, it could not have been better. I'd done a great deal of research to best prepare for my estimates and as a older female I was not looking forward to them. RIBA was my third estimate when Ryan came out to my home. He was clean cut and professional, personable, funny and made the conversation very enjoyable. He confirmed those things I believed I knew and corrected what I thought I knew. No arrogance or condescendence of any kind. No scripted hard sell at all. In the end I went with the Timberline HD 50 yr shingle. His shingle, underlayment, warranty, price and business integrity won out over the other 3 estimates, so I signed a contract that day. I had decided to replace my roof but had a leak as a result of a storm so Ryan said he would do what he could to get things going as soon as possible. Two hours later I received a call to schedule my material delivery, it arrived at 8:00am the following morning! Yeah, no kidding! My roof was installed the following day! The crew navigated my front landscaping that covers 90% of my small yard and didn'€™t damage a thing with old shingle removal. The crew were also very polite, professional, and respectful of my property. Ryan came back the next evening after installation to see how things went and if I was satisfied with the job, also how/when I would be receiving the warranty information. I also received a call from Yolanda the next morning verifying the warranty information as well. You just simply can'€™t ask for a better experience than that! In the last two years I have worked with 4-5 contractors on various jobs and no one closely compared to the quality of service I received from RIBA. They deserve a stellar review here and I am happy to give it. I will certainly use them again for other jobs and would refer them to anyone. Fast, easy and totally stress-free."
