Comment: Washing machine is on same floor as everything else (it's a slab home). There's a drain on the floor of the utility room (and a clean out plug there that I can't open). When the washing machine drains the used water tends to come up the floor drain. I suspect someone has to open the clean out plug and auger that part of our plumbing near the washing machine. It's a tight spot to get to. The sewer line itself is fine as we have another clean out there and I ran 40 feet of auger through it just in case and it was clear. The only area backing up is the washing machine drain. Unfortunately since I can't get the plug open due to the funny angle it's at, I can't clean it out myself and need help.
