I was impressed with his punctuality at the onset, and as work progressed, his attention to detail. This included mixing the proper solution for effectiveness; consideration for my shrubs and lawn, as well as his skilled technique. Al made short work of mold, mildew and grime, leaving all surfaces clean ready for painting. I asked him to stay on to paint the (stucco) walls and to seal the (stamped) concrete deck. The results were amazing and I was taken by how new everything now looked. Al worked with me with regard to the weather, which was less than ideal for my project, scheduling me in-between spring rains, but looking ahead for ample dry time, thereafter.
