Mr. Pineda was asked to do a number of punch list projects noted by the home inspector including roof repair, foundation trim repair, removal of a wall and removal of kitchen cabinets. Everything was done to my satisfaction and he went the extra mile to make sure the area was clean and safe. His charge for the work was extremely reasonable.
