Larry, the owner of Mr. Did's Custom Touch is outstanding. From the time that he contacted me regarding the job to him showing up to do the work I was impressed. He showed himself to be punctual, knowledgeable regarding the work to be done and demonstrated great attention to detail. He provided simplified explanations - assisted by his drawings. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems--with my garbage disposal, soap dispenser and an electrical cable wiring problem--and he fixed all of them. It was really a pleasure working with him.

Larry was beyond amazing. Larry knew exactly what he was doing - and had already gone to the hardware store to buy the parts that he needed before showing up at my door. He is very clean and friendly - but most of all, knowledgable. Larry provided both the best price and highest quality work. He charged me exactly what he had estimated - absolutely no surprises here! After the job was completed, he even added a labor warranty that we never talked about. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Larry, his prices, his honesty in pricing, and the quality of his work. It was a small project - replacing a garbage disposal and I was extremely pleased with the work. Larry was flexible in meeting my needs and helped to make sure that we got the product that was most likely to fit so there wouldn't be any additional labor costs besides the removal and installation.
