Comment: i need an structural engineer there are broken sewer pipes and they are near the foundation wall...crack in the foundation wall and its leaking, it was sealed. There was concrete work done but it never cured properly. I have a large hump in the middle of the floor currently its breaking apart and its very soft. There are alot of walls cracking because of this. Now the new foundation is lifting and peeling off like an orange.
