Very good experience with All Service. Repair of existing conditions is sometimes a surprise, so Al explained the situations and we proceeded as necessary. Anyone having repair work done should understand that unknowns "behind the walls" exist. All Service was very straightforward about what needed to be done. And the scope of work did expand at our request too. They handled that well. We are very pleased with the outcome, and the repairs and installations look great. When needed, we'll call them again.

Pro failed to meet mutualy agreed upon goals during first attempt to complete task. He acknowledged this, but did not return for 2 days to complete the task - and then charged hoursly rates to go to the store to buy the materials he should have brought with him the first time. This amounts to extra, unnecessary additional labor fees - he should have acquired all the parts at once, or not billed overtime hours for the time spent acquiring the items. This is unfortunate - as the workmanship is TOP NOTCH. But get your goals agreed upon in writing before hiring this pro.
