What we liked about AAP was that they showed us 3 options to do the job, while other companies offered us only one. Anthony is very knowledgeable and has good communication skill. The price was not the cheapest but still reasonable for the quality of the job done. We would use AAP again for our future plumbing needs.

Power Pro Plumbing came to my apartment to diagnose the high water usage. They were upfront about the $325 price to search the water leak at my apartment. After agreeing to the price, they went to work with their water measurement reader to determine the leak. Within 10 minutes, they determined the leak was coming from a running toilet, which constantly ran without stopping, wasting lots of water. So, I got them to change the toilet with a new one, which I bought from the Home Depot to save some money. They installed the new toilet in about 20 minutes, which made the total bill to be $475 not including the new toilet cost.

I received a call from them within 15 minutes of placing my request and they were able to come by within a couple hours. This was great considering it was a water main break. He explained the situation and got to work upon my approval. The job was done that day and for a good price.
