TLC was quick to respond and did a good job. All parties in the company (Betty, Jim and the technicians sent) were courteous and professional. Value for money is a 4 only because they are a bit expensive having minimal job fees (mine was $450) even though it was a simple shower door install. I am not sure what that wasn't negotiable based on how simple my job was...but I really needed someone with the skill set to correct a problem -- so I got results from them that I couldn't do on my own. You won't go wrong using TLC. More expensive side but they get results and I will call them in on any job that I need quick and assured fix action

The contractor was pleasant. explained exactly what we buying, was able to suggest alternate plans for us, did not ry to "over talk or over sell the product"

I love my new bathroom! Bill, Carlos, Marccello and Marcos did a great job. Carlos listened to everything I wanted and was always available to talk to. Marccello did a beautiful job with the tile work. The ceramic floor is stunning and I love my new jetted tub. They all exceeded my expectations, it looks even better than I thought it would. Great job, I highly recommend them.
