I had a broken sewer line and contacted H-TWO-O. They came out and used a locator instrument device to locate the break in my back yard. Then they gave me an estimate for replacing the line from the break to the sewer main that was 37% lower than an estimate from a plumber who lacked a locator and would have dug up my whole yard. Then they used a machine that pulled a new pipe through the old sewer line thereby excavating only at the break and where it joined the sewer main. Done expeditiously and cleaned up nicely.
