Comment: Our gutters in the back of the house were partially knocked off during a thunderstorm last week. One portion of the gutter is hanging on an outside electrical line (the electric company put a sleeve between gutter and electrical wire to protect from shock to be able to safely remove the gutter). The other half of the gutter is laying across the 2nd story deck. We would like to keep (if possible) the existing gutters and have them put back in place. Our house is for sale so this repair is urgent.
